Location : El Segundo CA The Senior Organizational Change Manager will lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives focused on Content Supply Chain transformation and Generative AI adoption within the Global Technology Organization. This role is responsible for driving user adoption, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and AI-enabled workflow transformation across marketing, creative, technology, and operations teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for Generative AI and content supply chain transformation programs
  • Drive AI adoption initiatives across Global Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, and operational teams
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, persona development, and change impact assessments
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings
  • Develop organizational readiness plans, adoption roadmaps, and change governance strategies
  • Create and deliver executive dashboards, benefits realization reports, and ROI frameworks
  • Partner with project managers, product owners, Agile teams, and leadership stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives
  • Design and implement AI literacy, training, and enablement programs for business users
  • Integrate OCM activities into Agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, and release management processes
  • Monitor adoption KPIs, user feedback, and program effectiveness to improve change interventions
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance points, and workflow gaps, then develop mitigation strategies
  • Support workflow automation and AI-assisted decision-making initiatives
  • Promote responsible AI adoption and educate teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Collaborate across global, cross-functional, and matrixed teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and transformation leadership
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or Generative AI adoption programs
  • Knowledge of Content Supply Chain, MarTech, Digital Asset Management, or Marketing Operations

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's.
